they turn into tunnels and lead to excape paths... or get filed in the same way the mountain was put on the skeliton....
Ummm, Figment I think lost his mind... No, they don't turn into tunnels. LOL. The scaffolding is removed, and the holes are filled up with quick drying concrete, covered with plaster, shaped, and painted.
not exactly.. depending on the location of the hole.. it could be close to ground and near a e-brake stop and turned into a hidden tunnel... Matterhown has a few...
