Cinderellas Castle Suite Photos and Report

Can anyone report if the Gallery staircases are, in fact, coming down?

Yes, lots of extra touches! Not sure if we might have been able to order room service or something, but we were SO busy and had been fed earlier. Plus we had the chocolates/fruit in the room. It was hard to be hungry. I love the H20 products, normally I just get the stuff that is in the Pop Century rooms. I may eventually need to buy some.

As far as the Disney Gallery - that is at DL (of course), I BELIEVE I read that the stairs were coming down on the DL thread about it. I like that the WDW castle didn't take anything away from guests to add the suite. But I'm disappointed about the Disney Gallery, that was a wonderful place to visit on my trips. I was there in July, and am glad I saw it one last time.

I only took home one horse. I'm not sure how quickly everyone else will eat the carriage, it's pretty big!

I've read that they are new Dream ears. I don't follow the ear thing very much!

Well, congratulations to you and your family for getting to spend the night in the Cinderella Castle Suite during the Christmas holidays, even if it was one night and a week ago. What a great Disney memory to share with others. I have only been down twice during the YOAMD and haven't won anything, so I am just a little jealous of your dad being on Buzz Lightyear at the right time and in the right car and on the right side. I can't believe you said they almost turned it down. I figured it was always offered to some little girl dressed in a princess costume at the MK with her family. Nice to know adults can have some magic too. Anyway, I love the photos you took both inside and outside the castle suite. I hope you had a Merry Christmas and will have a Happy New Year!

Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed the photos. It is very random, you just never know who is going to get picked. Yesterday I met the family that won, and I was SO happy for them. I couldn't tell them anything at all, though. I had a nice Christmas, I hope you have a nice New Year (I think mine will be very low-key!)
