Personal Opinion: EPCOT. You can see the Fireworks at EPCOT and Disney MGM Studios if you are standing on the futureworld side of the seven seas lagoon.

    woot woot.

    EPCOT for both.

Although this year, the MK has a newly redesigned firework show premiering tonight.
So, if you have the opportunity, I would watch MK's fireworks whether in the park or from afar on the 29th or 30th and then go to EPCOT for the 31st.

I hear that Epcot has the best fireworks. But for sheer offerings, I'd say the Magic Kingdom. Here's what they offer:

-Mickey's Twas the Night Before Christmas
    -Celebrate the Season
    -Cinderella's Holiday Wish
    -2 Showings of SpectroMagic
    -Holiday Wishes
    -Fantasy in the Sky!

Generally, I prefer Epcot for fireworks on very busy days, because it absorbs so many people easily.

On the other hand, MGM doesn't often have fireworks, and they also are having a show at midnight. I'll be seeing the MK version tomorrow, I have no idea what I/we are doing for New Years. I tend to gravitate towards Illuminations, it's my favorite nighttime show at Disney.
