    Talking A World Disney Tour

Ok just for fun! If money was NO option, and you could do a world Disney tour.

    1. Which Parks would you visit
    2. In what order
    3. What hotel would you stay in?
    4. What type of room would you want to stay in?
    5. What signature meal(s) would you enjoy?

    Thanks!

    1. Every Disney resort

    2. Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, Tokyo Disney Resort.

    3. In each of the respective resorts: Grand Californian, Grand Floridian, Disneyland Hotel (Paris), Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta.

    4. Presidential and Specialty Suites

    5. In each of the respective resorts: Napa Rose, Victoria & Albert's, California Grill (Paris), Crystal Lotus (not fine dining, but probably the best restaurant at the resort), Magellan's.

    Re: A World Disney Tour

A "world" Disney tour? (as opposed to Disney World?)

I'd skip FL - I live here, and I've done DL and DLP multiple times. I'd just head straight for Tokyo. Mira Costa or Ambassador hotels. Both parks, I'd really like to see them in the snow (in person!) I'd stop at Hong Kong as well, since I've been told it is a beautiful park.

BUT, if it had to be here...and I was really rich, I'd not mind splurging on Polynesian concierge for a few nights. I'd go to Epcot mostly, as normal. I might try Victoria and Alberts, and definitely would go to Trails End. That isn't a Disney signature meal, but it's MY signature meal! I don't like too much fancy dining.

Even if I had a lot of money, I couldn't see spending tons on long stays in deluxe resorts. I'm too frugal for that. However, I wouldn't mind getting a small travel type trailer and living at Fort Wilderness.

Okay, now I understand! I'd have to think about it. Suites are sort of lost on me! (not that they aren't nice occasionally, I'd prefer it if they had cooking facilities).

Cool Re: A World Disney Tour

I agree pretty closely with TDR_Fan:

    1. Every overseas Disney resort

    2. Tokyo Disney Resort, Disneyland Resort Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland.

    3. In each of the respective resorts: Sequoia Lodge (Paris), Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta.

    4. Any nice suites will do

    5. In each of the respective resorts: Not sure, haven't researched the dining options.

    Re: A World Disney Tour

I'm happy to see people choosing the Hotel MiraCosta over the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel. While I love the Victorian theme, it would get pretty old after staying in 3 other Victorian themed hotels previously. Besides, I absolutely adore the opulent Old World Italian theme of the MiraCosta.

The Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel is actually Victorian themed, not Art Deco. That would be the Hollywood Hotel next door, their moderate version of the deluxe Ambassador Hotel at the Tokyo Disney Resort.

Another fine dining restaurant I would add (and highly recommend) would be the BellaVista Lounge at the Hotel MiraCosta. Can't believe I forgot to list it.

Considering I haven't seen this show (except for videos from TDL) since it was at WDW 30 years ago..... I'd give almost anything to be able to see it in person again.

    Re: A World Disney Tour

    I'll go with -

    WDW/ Epcot/ Polynesian Concierge/Trails End/ Impressions de France

    DLP/Main Park/DL Hotel or Off-Property near Eiffel Tower/ Walts/ Phantom Manor

TDL/ Disney Sea/ Mira Costa / not sure on food / Journey to the Center of the Earth

DL / Main Park / GC or Candy Cane Inn / In and Out Burger / Indiana Jones

A suite would generally be overkill for me.
