Responding to everyone at once here:
* Sorry, not near the Castle.
* It has (as I recall) as semi-gloss finish, but I think that's a chip or other imperfection in the paint, not glare. Good eye though!
* Adventureland? Hmm... okay, this is where it gets tricky. As I recall, it's kind of between or at the edge of lands, so it could (if memory serves correctly) be at the edge of Adventureland.
Water is closer than you think, btw. Different types, different uses. I just hope they're not recycling it!
Adventureland meets with other lands in three spots (two with Frontierland and one with the hub). Could this be the shop for PotC?

Not the shop, but it's near Pirates. Look at the last clue I gave. If the clue don't fit, you must acquit! [Sorry, having a Johnnie Cochran moment there...]

Btw, if memory serves, Caribbean Plaza--not really a "land", but but not within a land, either, kinda like Toontown--is between Adventureland and Frontierland.

Yep! It's a small fountain just outisde the restrooms.
Dang! A little voice was saying "Fountain" when the clue was near water.
