Re: California Girl Meets World (and here's her trip report)

    Epcot

We went to Epcot on the third day where a surprise waited for us.

Here's the big ball. It seems so much bigger when you are standing next to it. I was just in awe...just having seen it in pictures all these years and finally seeing it in person was awesome.

I've been on the Finding Nemo Subs in DL but my mom hadn't so I took her on the next best thing first.

    Future World

Here's the entrance to the World Showcase where a little bit of Disney magic took place.

Having many important discussion with my mom about the Year of Million Dreams and to keep our eyes open for any Dream cast members...she was sure on top of things. My mom had heard cheering on a pathway that was right next to the picture above. Using her keen sight she spotted them and she went one way (running) and I went the other to where we got these....

    Dream Fastpasses!

As many Micechatters know I love Canada so I was happy that I was able to visit it.

We bought passports in Canada that you would take around to every country to get stamped and written in in their native language. For those that haven't been there each countries CMs were from those countries. I would like to say that the CM at the cart in Canada was very kind and we had a very nice conversation with him about Disneyland....hehe. Actually we talked to a lot of CMs that asked about Disneyland which was fun. Set aside a lot of time to walk around to all the countries....it's worth it but just time consuming.

Next: United Kingdom and many other countries

Great Trip Report! Grats to your Dream FP win. I love the photos you took, you even had something I've never noticed before. The bordering in that shop at Hollywood Studios, I'll have to look for that next time I'm out there!

Hey! I love your trip report! Even though I'm a WDW Cast Member, I still love to hear about how much fun someone has on their very first trip to WDW. It's also nice to not have someone who's a Disneyland regular that's not contunually dissing our parks. Lol

I did compare the parks and the attractions but each park had its own good and bad attributes. But for the most part they are very two different places. I love Disneyland but I really enjoyed going to WDW too.

For five days only at the "World" you accomplished a lot! Thanks for posting your pictures.

Re: California Girl Meets World (and here's her trip report)

Next it was the United Kingdom. There was much to do there just some shops and pubs so we didn't spend that much time there.

    Continuing the lamp series.

    I can see Paris!

In France we talked to some really nice CMs that were of course French with very strong accents (one was really cute, made me want to jump the next plane for Paris).

    I haven't sat in awhile.

    I love lamp!

Went back to Future World to use the dream fastpass for Mission: Space. I wasn't already feeling good that day and this didn't help. It was an ok ride but I don't have a urge to go on it again

Had lunch at the Coral Reef.

    There's fishes in the wall.

    Morocco coming up next!

Re: California Girl Meets World (and here's her trip report)

Back to our trip around the world....we went to Morocco next.

    The return of the lamp.

Continuing to the land of Japan.

Onto our country of America which was made up of a building and an ampitheater. It was somewhat well umimpressive.

Moving on to the more exciting Italy.

Where I decided to sit and where it decided to rain....a lot.

It got too dark to taking anymore pictures but he finished the trip around the world and went on all of the attractions and shows that were in all of the countries. I do need to make note of the Maelstrom attraction in Norway. For those that have been on that...what up with that? It was somewhat strange but it did make us laugh, a lot.

We had to use our fastpass of course so we went on Soarin', Living with the Land, and Test Track which I loved. We did not go on Honey I Shrunk the Audience because if I refuse to go on it in California then why would I in Florida.

That's the end of day three. Next is the Animal Kingdom.

You think the American pavilion, with its rotunda and AA show and amphitheater is unimpressive?
