What is the best/easiest way to book? WDW Central Reservations or WDW On-line?

I'm curious as to which way is the best way to book a vacation? Should I do it on-line or call WDW Central Reservations? I pretty much know exactly where I want to stay, what package, etc. that I want. What do you guys think?

I always call them up. I like to talk to the people. Most of them are so nice. It is actually part of the wonderful experience of going to WDW. You can then ask all the questions, that you can't ask a computer, since computers don't talk.

I always call as well. You can ask questions, and even get some discounts that don't appear online. I once called to reserve about 2 years ago and got the special "buy four get three days free" deal before it was advertised, since the agent told me about it before it was official. I always like to ask them specific questions too that I can't find online.

I've booked online in the past, we were able to call up the phone service and adjust our reservation as new discounts came out. I'd say either way would give you the same sort service, but I'd prefer to submit a webform as opposed to having to wait on hold.


This time I'm trying out a service called Magical Journeys. (they are a sponsor of another board so if mods feel this is innapropriate to list please edit this part out). They are travel agents that are able to access Disney's reservation system. They'll ask the appropriate discount questions, like do you have an AP, or AAA? Then they book your resort and if a discount becomes available they will auto-apply it to your account. They don't charge more than Disney (and once when I checked were cheaper [only by a few cents ]) I have heard many many good reviews, and I'll be happy to let people how well it worked after my trip in October.
