My third day waking up in Florida, but Heather's first. So it was off to the Magic Kingdom for me again to begin our little twosome's vacation.
This time when I got there it was earlier in the morning and the sun was more just bright and less HI! HI THERE I'M ON TOP OF YOUR HEAD RIGHT NOW URINATING ON YOUR SHOULDERS WITH HUMIDITY! HIIIIIIIIIII!! For now...
Our first stop was to go get Splash Mountain fastpasses. Along the way we passed some of the Frontierland scenery and Heather became a little lost at the differences from Disneyland's setup.
And then it was off to the land of Tomorrow..today!
We saw stitch.. and we saw scary bad glowy face buzz...
And we rode a new fancy smancy transporation concept that moves people.. I think it was called...the Movepeopler
After a morning spent entirely in Tomorrowland we made our way back to Splash eventually, and to cool off while we were wet we visited the Enchanted Tiki Room: Under New Management
And since we were so proud of ourselves at holding our stomachs while watching it, we wandered over to our lunch reservations at the Crystal Palace character buffet.
Tigger outta just tie his tail to his body with duct tape so he doesn't have to hold it up away from kids trying to grab it all the time.
But at this point a Pooh-rade picked up through the tables, and when it finished we settled our check and headed back out to catch the real parade. But before we got there we noticed Mickey peaking around the tent getting ready to surprise his friends with a Dream-Along.
And then it was off to Fantasyland.
Our fastpasses for Pan came in handy. Philharmagic didn't have too much a wait as usual and we even walked in right as a show was starting. All we needed now were fastpasses for Pooh. And whatdya know, we got them. And while we waited we headed into Mickey's Toontown Fair, which isn't Toontown mind you, because that's in Anaheim of course. At this summertime fair Mickey and Minnie keep their country homes, because their real homes are in Anaheim, of course.
To get back to Pooh we had to run across a busy interstate, poor stoplight placement on Disney's part.
We ended the night on It's a Small World, which didn't turn out too well so I took more on the last night but those'll come later.
Chicken choking intermission goodness...
...return to show
And then we headed out because we were still pretty tired from a lot of walking around property the day before and didn't want to exhaust ourself this early in the trip.
