    Thank you!

Wonderful TR so far! It looks like you had a blast. Congratulations on your graduation as well! What is your degree in?
I graduated with a BA in Child Development

Day 6 was spent at EPCOT

And I didn't take as many pictures, being down to last 300 or so my camera would hold. I ended up taking just over 1400 pictures at the end of our trip.

First stop! I always forget how bad Beverly is.

In Mexico we met up with Donald.

Then in Germany we saw Snow white with Dopey!

    Hidden Mickey

    Smart man

    The Beast! without belle...

    France

    Dale!

    UK

Canada! We didn't see the movie- the circle vision theaters make me sick.

What is this supposed to be modeled after? Does anyone know?

    Neverland Garden

We rode The land. I hadn't actually noticed it before. It was actually pretty cool, especially the greenhouse part.

We rode Nemo on the way out.

    Last day coming up!

I believe that Canada pavillion building is modeled off of a hotel??? I can't remember!

The hotel in the Canadian pavillion is modeled after the Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City. During my college years (late 70's early 80's), we would always squeeze in 20 to a room during Winter Carnival. Had to keep dropping the key out the window to the next 4 to come in. Security would not let more than 4 people in a room.

I got the bag and the pink shirt from hot topic. In August though. I got the green shirt from Delias online and the white one came from Disneyland during the 50th. Her stuff is always so hard to find! I snatch it up whenever I see it!

    Last Day!

It actually poured on our way to magic kingdom. Luckily, it stopped right as we got there. So there was this beautiful rainbow over the magic kingdom. Sadly in all my other photos you can't see the rainbow.

    Mickey the Cast members left

We got there about 8:15 and the park doesn't open until 9. However a cast member noticed my shirt and made a comment about it. Another one came over and noticed my nails. She was impressed. That and the fact that she was from California as well got me an honorary citizen button. Which was pretty cool because it got us free food.

The Emporium! It's not as good as Disneylands. Why is that?

First stop was adventureland, since Jungle Cruise had reopened the day before. However no one was there to drop the rope. A Cast Member came over and said he was not authorized to drop the rope but if we would just hang tight someone was coming who would. At 9:15 another guest dropped the rope herself. Which I thought was rude. But I also thought not having someone to drop the rope at 9 was rude too.

The Jungle Cruise smelled like fresh paint

Then off to see Mickey! He also liked my nails. Minnie was impressed too but she didn't like my shirt.

Then off to visit the princesses

Fast passes for Splash Mountain (which we got soaked again on. And they had to shut the ride down since the log in front of us was full of teenagers and they felt the need to stand up. While they were going down. But they only came and talked to them, they didn't make them get off or anything. Which I felt they should have.)

    Thunder Mountain

Haunted Mansion - twice. This fence didn't used to be here. Why did they put it up?

Peter and Wendy were running around Adventureland. I guess bored before the show? They wouldn't stop for anyone.

The show wasn't very good but I was so impressed with the eye blinking and the mouths moving! They looked so real! How long do you think before they'll have the characters you meet and greet do that?

Parade watching. Fairly certain this is the same parade I saw 6 1/2 years ago, only they were in snowglobes before.

    Partners

Just missed Lady Tremaine and her daughters. I've yet to meet them

While I was in line for Capt Hook there was a grandfatherly type in front of me as well as two girls, one 10 the other 8 or so. The girls were being really annoying and I was surprised that the grandfather didn't do anything about it. Turns out he wasn't with them. He just wanted a photo and an autograph. It was pretty cute. And I've never done the whole autograph thing. It's nice to know that if I so desire when I'm 60, I can. But then the photopass lady turned to me and asked me to control my daughters. The older girl was at least 10! (I work in a 5th grade classroom, I know what 10/11 year olds look like) I was highly offended. Do I look like I have a 10 year old? Anyway I told her they were not my daughters. She then tried to take my photopass card for the girls. I pulled it back and she said something about taking a picture for my girls. I said they weren't mine, I wasn't with them, I don't know them. Really.

    Alice

We did Mickey's Philarmagic and then headed back to the hotel around 6:30. The park closed at 7 anyway for the Pirate and Princess party. We had to finish packing since Mickey's Magical Express feels the need to pick you up 3 hours ahead of your flight. So we got to be picked up at 4 am. Joy.

Thanks so much for reading! I hope you enjoyed it. I did! Until next time...

Where did you get free food with your Honorary Citizen button? We got one last year and it didn't get us anything! We still thought it was cool!

I loved your trip report!!!!! You look like you had so much fun!! Your nails were so pretty!

I loved seeing all of your pictures and that one with Stitch - too cute!!

But I guess you learned what east coast weather is like - rain one minute, sunshine and warm the next.

You had a great trip and you deserved it!!!
