    Mission: Space rethemed to Wall-e

Could we see a retheming of mission space in up comming years with NASA's plans to go to mars. If it dosen't retheme it might end up similar to what hapend to the rocket to the moon ride.

Hmmm, no. Plus I can't see us going to mars that soon, at least not successfully and truthfully.

Mission: Space needs work, but it doesn't need a character tie-in. There are already way too many character tie-ins in Future World.

Mission: Space was designed so that it could have new missions overlayed very easily.

Personally I would like a choice between two missions like a "Mission to Mars" then a "Mission to Saturn... and BEYOND!"

The only character that should belong in Future World is Figment (and Dreamfinder).

Can you clarify that for me. Why does it need work? Is it not being properly maintained or is it just old enough now that you are looking for a new theme?

I'm not totaly for a character-tie in ether
but if WED desided to retheme the ride to get ahead couldn't you see WED retheming it to a pixar charicter
and NASA is geting ready to go to Mars http://www.nasa.gov/topics/moonmars/index.html

I just don't care that much for the ride, it isn't that much fun.

No, theming it to Wall-E would make it seem like a kid-ride, which it's not.

There is a whole empty pavilion at EPCOT (the body-wars pavilion) that they could put a Wall-E attraction in. I think it'd actually be a GREAT fit.

I think Disney should put the StormRider from DisneySeas in the Wonders of Life Pavilion

I've never ridden Mission:Space (can't because of my tonsils) but from what I can tell, you don't need kids getting on this attraction. It's way too extreme. I know WDW is predominately for kids but Adults should have a few attractions to themselves. BTW, you cannot compare Mission:Space to Rocket to the Moon. Noe that's crazy.

It "needs work" because GhostHost is a chronic and compulsive WDW basher who is obsessed with all things Disneyland. He couldn't give due credit to a Disney World ride if you twisted his arm behind his back like a pretzel and put a gun to his head.

    I see.

Hey GhostHost: What's better Tower of Terror - DCA or Tower of Terror - Studios?

It's really not that "extreme". in fact it is quite a tame ride. Some people are more prone to motion sickness and to getting ill from mixed inner ear signals. Others have no problem with them. It really has nothing to do with age.

My two daugheters have been rising M:S, first the original, and now the Orange side since they were tall enough to get on it. My oldest loves that attraction, yet she hates ToT and EE. It all has to do with a persons specific likes and dislikes and what effects their systems.
