"Gulp Gas" Pump in Mickey's Toontown Fair?

Hi all. Sorry if this has been brought up before, but when I performed a search on it a million seemingly-non-related threads came up.

Anyway, the last time I was at the World a few weeks ago, I noticed that they had taken out the "Gulp Gas" pump in front of Pete's Garage in Mickey's Toontown Fair. I always loved that thing and I found it mildly depressing to see it gone. Not to mention perplexing; does anyone have any idea why it might have been taken out?

(Also, as mentioned, it was a few weeks ago, so if it's reappeared since then just smack me!)

Hopefully, they are just renovating it and that it will be back soon.

The same thing happened with the clock tower on Main Street's City Hall building. The tower has been gone for a few months now, but when I asked two weeks ago, they assured me that it was being repaired and that it would return shortly.

Isn't there a box over that area now? Last time I was in Toon Town it was quite congested over in that area with the restrooms and such. Maybe it was removed for natural repairs but has not returned because it has created a larger walk-way?

I'm glad to hear this, I feel like it's giving me a little glimmer of hope. I just can't understand the reasoning behind taking it out!
