I didn't really miss it when they took out the flowers on DL's Main Street. But for some reason I had a hard time with the total enclosure of the space in Florida, and nice, scenic area being taken over by merch. Not a big thing, but nice to see some pics of the flowers in all their glory!
And yet another nicely themed area that was taken over by merchandise!

The plastic flowers were also merchandise. You could buy them. But I don't think that was the point of the Flower Mart.
The Flower Mart was there because it added to the charm of the old-fashioned street. I don't think they sold much. I don't recall ever seeing guests walking round the park or passing through the exits with bouquets of plastic flowers (although I'm sure they sold some).
The Flower Mart was part of the "show."
