    November 10, 2009: Culinary Demos

During the 45-day run of the 2009 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, there were 134 Culinary Demonstrations.

In this photo essay, I take you to 31 one of them.

Does this seem like something you would enjoy?

    Please discuss it here.

Wow - what a terrific presentation of pics! I try to do the same thing every year at the F&W Festival with the booths around the World Showcase. But after 3 or 4 glasses of wine, taking pictures just doesn't seem so important.

    Well done, Werner!

    Thanks. Great pictures.

Any chance of posting some (or all) of the recipies?

I didn't post any recipes for two reasons.

First, many of the recipes worked best as a starting point for taking notes, not as complete, reliable, tested recipes. Often, ingredients or steps were incorrect, incomplete, or changed on the fly by the chef.

But the bigger issue is the copyright question. Although the recipes do not carry official copyright notices, I don't have permission to publish them online.
