From YL page "Captain Hook’s Pirate Ship at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim"

The third photo from the bottom. Pirate Ship Restaurant at Yesterland

That small pirate ship is actually the old parade float from the Very Merry Christmas Parade.

I should know...I danced on it. A looong time ago. (in parades '85-'94)

We had a parade reunion celebrating the 20th anniversary Blast to the Past a few years ago and we went over to the hotel to find a bar (we're a lot older now too) and we came upon the ship and we climbed aboard and took pictures just like old times. A current CM admonished us but when we told them who we were they laughed and let us take more pictures.

    Thought:

How about a separate Yesterland page for parades? There are a lot of out here with lots of pictures going back to the late '60s.

Maybe if they make a new Captain Hook's Pirate Ship of better lasting materials for Paris Disneyland, they could make a second for Disneyland. Bring back Hook's Tuna burgers Please. PD
