    June 17, 2011: Jack Wrather - Legendary, And now a Disney Legend

    One name had been conspicuously absent from the Disney Legends roster. The name was John Devereaux Wrather, Jr. (1918-1984), or Jack Wrather as he was usually called.

    Jack and Bonita Wrather are on the 2011 list of new Disney Legends honorees, just announced yesterday.
