    Yeah, it does look like the "Frito Kid". Though the top of the head looks more like it had black hair.

    kinda does look like the Frito kid...maybe the black was from the adhesive holding the hair and hat in place....and where is the tongue??

    It probably is and your probably correct about the hair theory. I have seen other images of the Frito Kid. He doesn't always stick out his tongue like that one.
