I miss having that ice cold cup of Welches' grape juice in Fantasyland just before we got in line for Snow White.

I also miss having that yummy honey cake doughnut at Sunkist on Main St. just before we started our day at the park.

Do you miss any of that good Yesterfood?

i miss the tuna sandwhiches at the Pirate Boat in Fantasyland...that was my fave thing at DL when i was a kid

I miss the 'Jungle Julep' at the old Sunkist I Presume in Adventureland. And the Steamboat sundaes at Cafe Orleans when Sara Lee was the sponsor.

Add me to the list for the Terrace's Teriyaki steak, and no evening listening to the big bands at Plaza Gardens was complete without a big Fantasia cone...ingredients included banana ice cream, burgundy cherries and pistachioes.

I also liked the large fritters that I, among others, used to make for sale at the old Royal Street Veranda, and for that matter the ones the French Market guys used to make for the Julep Bar.

I had some of the smaller ones the other day. Good with the dipping sauce, but still not as good as the bigger ones.

The sundaes they used to make at the fountain of the original Sara Lee/Cafe Orleans.

The popcorn. Maybe it's just my advancing age and fading memory, but it just doesn't seem to taste as good today as it used to.

One time a friend and I got some chocolate shakes at the Tomorrowland Terrace that were just marvelous. They had a flavor like chocolate cake. We still refer to the "cake shakes" fondly, but they never tasted quite the same again.

I definitely miss the Carnation ice cream parlor...probably my favorite Disneyland restaurant. (The Blue Bayou has a terrific atmosphere, but I've never been that impressed with the food.)

Ah yes Werner! I forgot to add the orange juice to my doughnut. I can still remember how sweet that was! For years I couldn't start the day without it, and was so disappointed when Sunkist moved out.

It's so nice to see all of you remembering the Citrus Houses. In addition to the fresh squeezed juices they also had the orange juice and lemonade bars which were a LOT more refreshing than the Dolewhips, IMHO!

There was a candy Disneyland used to sell called "Splatter Balls". They looked exactly like small jawbreaks from the outside, but they could be broken in a single bite, exploding it's sweet-tart like center. I loved those things! I can't find them anywhere now...

I also dearly miss the Monorail Cafe and the great burgers/shakes and Mousearella.
