How much do you love Horizons?

Do you miss visiting the future, seeing what life would be like in space, or under the sea. Do you miss getting to ride in a Omnimover and choosing your way back to the loading dock.

MouseSurplus is offering you the chance to relive the memory of a long last ride. Up for sale on ebay is an actual ride vehicle from Horizons. Sorry sound track is not included.

Thanks for posting that link. That was my favorite ride at EPCOT. I haven't there since the late 80's and am sort of in denial that it won't be there when I return. It's strange to see a car from the ride for sale on ebay.

I liked that attraction very much and was disappointed with them replacing this attraction with Mission Space. I also miss the Transportation pavillion.

Def. gotta agree whole-heartedly w/you on that.....horizons never had to re-vamp their ride b/c of ppl dying or w/e ......

At least Spaceship Earth is gonna be kinda like how Horizons was what with the picking your own ending and whatnot :-)

I am so with you on this one - I remember being so enthralled with this ride as a child. It was so magical, being able to pick what you wanted to see!

I just got my Extinct Attraction Club Cds of World of Motion and Horizons, and while I am listening to them, I find that I really, really do miss these wonderful attractions.

As much as I love Mission: Space, I'd rather have Horizons instead.

I do not recall any experiences with Horizions but I've heard great stories. My experiences with M:S have not been very enjoyable with my headaches and the G-forces.... so I would much rather experience this attraction I've heard so many wonderful things about. Maybe someday, somehow I will get too...

This was my favorite ride at EPCOT Center (when it was still that) right behind only the original Journey Into Imagination ride. It broke my heart the day they shut it down. Mission Space will never mean the same thing to me. Horizons gave me hope for the possibility the future may hold ( especially when I was still younger and less cynical ).

I'm like in a really really big group that bans all the groups that try and ban EPCOT for not having LIKE rides instead of the real like ride. Like about futures and space things but not food or figments.

I will join your group and it will be pretty easy to boycott EPCOT because I have no interest in going there anymore anyway.

As someone who has never ridden Horizons, it was one hell of an attraction from my limited vantage point.
