You know, it looks brand new. And the fur is VERY thick and feels 'real' . It almost feels and looks like my cat!!

Thanks everyone for the complements. I know as a DL freak I absolutely came unglued when we found this stuff.
We both smiled and said, "we need to share all of these with the Micechat geeks."

    Stay tuned . . . more coming.

This is a 28 pack of accordian folded postcards, all still attached.
I'm not quite sure what year these are because there is no date on them anywhere.
Just by looking at them, I would guess 60ish?
    Any guesses??
I love how it appears there are not many bushes or trees anywhere.

. . . and that the whole pack cost only 25!!!!

Re: We hit the Yesterland Jackpot!

Among all the DL treasures, was a folder containing 1964 Worlds Fair literature.
One very interesting piece was a 52 page New York News magazine supplement dated 4-12-1964.
Inside were full page advertisements for fair pavillions, sponsors, attractions and fair info. It is a great read, and the ads are hysterical by today's standards.

I've scanned the cover, a general info page and the Disney related COP and IASW pages only.
The paper is very fragile so I thought best not to handle it too much.
    Here at those pages:

In the Fair folder packet, there were lots of brochures and post cards for various fair sponsors showcasing their pavillions such as participating countries, corporations Ford & GE, and churches ie the Mormon church and even The Vatican.

But the one piece that REALLY caught my eye, was this:

This was THE only touristy, visit-this-city type brochure in the bunch.
    Coincedence??? I think not!!
Surely, Walt had something to do with this being included in the fair packet. The first Orlando parcel was bought on October 23, 1964 when the fair was still open.

    Very interesting no?

And lastly, here is a little front/back folded brochure from the packet.

I have all the sponsor/Pavillion post cards, but they are really not Disney related, so I'm not to sure about relevency of posting those other than they are to see.
Do y'all want to see them?

I saw on the Mickey Mouse Club card that the address was around the corner from my house (which is where I grew up).....Is it possible I know Terry?

    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
