Another Wednesday means another MiceChat Round-Up. This
week was certainly one to remember on this board, members
Sunnygirl and Anders (who met right on MiceChat) got
engaged, the Candlelight Procession took place at Disneyland, and
we just reached 11,000 registered members! Furthermore, plans are
already underway to celebrate
MiceChat's 2nd Anniversary at Disneyland and all are invited

in on the fun. Lastly the MiceChat team would like to
congratulate BigPigletFan on winning the MiceChat member

Grove OKs plan for amusement park - Los Angeles Times, 11/30/06
The city of Garden Grove has just approved construction of a 150
acre theme park to be located on Harbor Blvd, just 3 miles away from the
Disneyland resort. Plans include resort hotels along w ith an amusement park
that would 'complement' the Disneyland properties. Developers are looking
for an 'Islands of Adventure' type park. Is the amusement park industry
oversaturated in this area, or is a new, high tech park just what the area
needs to up the ante?
'Pirates' DVD sails away with U.K. record - The Hollywood Reporter 11/28/06
The 'Pirates' DVD went on sale in the United Kingdom on November 20
and has become the fastest selling DVD of all time there. Projections show
up to 3 million copies could be sold by the end of the year. The DVD goes on
sale next week in the US.
