Strict Fastpass time enforcement hasn’t begun yet in Anaheim. The signs that went up over the weekend reminding you to return during your one-hour  window are just the first step. Once the CM’s have been trained, the policy will begin enforcement in March. The signs were put up early to educate Annual Passholders of the changes. – Al Lutz
