The Weekend Update takes us back to the fantastic Tokyo Disneyland Resort today. The focus this week is on entertainment. We have learned through the Weekend Update reports from Tokyo over the years that the Japanese really know how to put on a show. Then, SummerInFL and her mom share a visit to the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens in the Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami. Her photos of the former estate of James Deering, of the Deering McCormick-International Harvester fortune give us a peek into the lifestyles of the 1%. It's a special Weekend Update today, we'll be visiting four Magic Kingdom parks all over the globe in just one afternoon? First up is "ICE! Shrek the Halls" exhibit at the Gaylord Palms Hotel in Orlando. Two million pounds of ice is used to create this offbeat diversion. Then we see some great photos from the Disney side of Orlando. Weekend Update – Fort Wilderness Golf Cart Parade, Hollywood Studios Christmas, Tokyo Disneyland Magic
Weekend Update is back with a fabulous report from Walt Disney World where the Fort Wilderness campgrounds held their annual Halloween Golf Cart Parade. You'll be surprised just how elaborate and creative the carts were. Then we show you the first of Disney World's large Christmas trees already up and on display at Disney Hollywood Studios. From there we head to Tokyo Disneyland which puts on one heck of a great Halloween. They sure do know how to create magic in those parks!
