Lots of theme park news to cover today.  Disney conducts their annual shareholders meeting and launches D23, a new “Fan” site. Sea World and Cedar Fair both have parks up for sale.  Six Flags may be forced into bankruptcy.

Back in Anaheim, construction continues as Disney’s California Adventure transforms its Paradise Pier into a highly themed destination.
